Therefore, it is not difficult to find that the main factors affecting work efficiency are the machine's area, sludge layer thickness, the resistance between the medium and the machine material, and the viscosity of the liquid. Specifically, viscosity is mainly used to characterize this, and viscosity is determined by the resistance experienced by an object moving within the liquid.
The viscosity of a fluid is significantly affected by ambient temperature. This influence is also implemented through intermolecular interactions: the general concept is that as temperature increases, the fluid volume expands, the intermolecular distance increases, the interaction weakens, and the viscosity decreases; as temperature decreases, the fluid volume shrinks, the intermolecular distance shortens, the interaction strengthens, and the viscosity increases.
